Ronald Cedric Harris III died in a late-night crash allegedly caused by a speeding driver with no lights on. The suspected drunk driver allegedly ran a red light at the intersection of Almeda and Odem in Houston. Two other occupants of Harris' vehicle also died in the crash including 24-year old Davion Perry and an unidentified 21-year old female. The crash happened at about 1:30 in the morning when many drunk driving crashes occur. When it comes to drunk drivers, do not give the bars a free pass.
