Ronald Cedric Harris III died in a late-night crash allegedly caused by a speeding driver with no lights on. The suspected drunk driver allegedly ran a red light at the intersection of Almeda and Odem in Houston. Two other occupants of Harris' vehicle also died in the crash including 24-year old Davion Perry and an unidentified 21-year old female.
