Wrong-way driver kills Anuar Jobi and injures three others near Donna, Texas.
17-year-old Anuar Jobi was killed by a suspected drunk driver who was driving the wrong way on Expressway 83 near Main Street near Donna, Texas. Three other occupants were taken to local hospitals for treatment. The wrong-way driver was identified as Astulfo Cantu, Jr., who also died in the crash. Donna Police Chief Gilbert Guerrero was quoted as saying the wrong way driver was drinking and driving. Toxicology reports are pending.
