David Cochrane was only 19 years old when hit and killed by SUV in Lubbock.
The crash happened in the 3100 block of Quaker Avenue when a SUV driven by Joshuwa Apodaca turned east onto 32nd Street striking David Cochrane's motorcycle. Cochrane was taken to University Medical Center but lost his life. Joshuwa Apodaca was arrested for intoxication manslaughter.
