Reva Garza killed by drunk driver in New Braunfels

According to KTSA, Reva Garza was killed on March 16, 2023 by an alleged drunk driver.  The crash happened around 2:00 a.m. on FM 306.  The driver of the other vehicle was arrested for Intoxication Assault with serious bodily injury. The criminal charges may later be upgraded to include Intoxication Manslaughter. Car crashes like this are suspicious because bars typically close at 2:00 a.m. Many families are unaware that bars may have responsibility for deaths like this if they overserved alcohol to the driver. In cases like this, it is very important to identify the bar, secure video footage and bar receipts as soon as possible.
