The parking lot of Micheladas Tres Hermanos in Houston was the scene of an alleged drunk driver running over two female pedestrians. According to KTRK, Enrique Cantu was arrested for intoxication assault shortly after 2:00 a.m. After hitting the two women, Cantu tried to escape and knocked down a utility pole which knocked out power for hours.
