Scott Chance Chupik arrested for intoxication manslaughter in death of motorcyclist.
Waco police arrested a man with prior convictions for DWI for intoxication manslaughter in the death of Andrew Glenn McFalls. The crash happened on October 9, 2024, around 7:20 p.m. near FM 308 and Meixner Road. McFalls was driving his 1996 Harley when Chupik failed to stay in a single lane and hit McFalls head-on. Chupik reportedly admitted drinking alcohol before the crash. Toxicology tests remain pending to show the level of intoxication. High levels of intoxication often reflect the over-service of alcohol at restaurants or bars licensed to serve alcohol. Do not give these bars a free pass for over-serving alcohol when it is illegal to do so. For a free consultation, call Texas Dram Shop Lawyer for a free consultation.
