Chelsea Cook killed by wrong-way driver.

On Sunday morning around 3:30 a.m., a wrong-way driver collided with Evan Ranallo's pickup truck causing severe injuries and killing his fiancé Chelsea Cook. Chelsea was only 33 years old and recently engaged to Ranallo. The driver of the wrong-way vehicle has not been identified but a family of four apparently perished in the wrong-way vehicle. Officials are still trying to identify the four people in the wrong-way vehicle which became engulfed in flames. Toxicology tests are pending but it would not be a surprise if alcohol was a factor in driving the wrong way down a freeway.
