Kenneth Wayne Moses, age 49, died in a late night crash on July 30, 2023 about 1:40 a.m. in Houston.
Houston police reported a fatal crash in the 800 block of Holmes Road. Kenneth Wayne Moses was reportedly killed in the single vehicle crash. The road was reportedly closed for construction.
