Two passengers in a Ford F-750 were killed in an early morning crash near Andrews, Texas. Miguel De Los Santos, Jr., and Juan Serna-Romero were both killed when their driver veered off SH 176 about 26 miles west of Andrews, Texas. The driver was treated and released. The Texas Department of Public Safety is conducting an investigation. The Ford F-750 rolled over in the crash.
