Six-year-old Keller Spade Garrett dies in rollover crash.

Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating a rollover crash which happened on July 9, 2023, about 9:45 p.m. The crash occurred at South Rose Street and East South Street in Archer City.  DPS indicated that a Dodge Ram was driving at an unsafe speed and ran a stop sign.  The truck then went into a ditch and went airborne.  The truck then rolled over on its passenger side, ejecting the six-year-old boy who was taken to Cook's Children Medical Center.  Sadly, the child passed away two days later.  The investigation is continuing.  Other occupants were treated and released.  If you or a loved one have been affected by drunk or careless driving, call Texas Dram Shop Lawyer for a free consultation.
