Bryndan Grogan was traveling west on SH 136 just east of Fritsch, Texas when an alleged drunk driver failed to yield the right of way and knocked Bryndan Grogan's car into a ditch. The alleged drunk driver was traveling south on FM 687. The Texas Highway Patrol investigated the crash and arrested Olivero Matul of Amarillo, Texas for Driving While Intoxicated and Failure to Stop and Render Aid resulting in death.
