The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating a crash in Willacy County which happened just after midnight on July 6, 2024. A truck driven by Rosendo Daniel Rodriguez reportedly ran a stop sign and hit Kyleigh's Nissan Maxima at the intersection of FM 1762 and Cantu Road.
