Melissa Lauman killed in crash on I-30 near Arlington.

Eastbound lanes of I-30 were closed due to a double fatality which claimed the life of Melissa Lauman.
Shortly after midnight on September 18, 2023, a three-vehicle crash took the lives of two individuals. Melissa Lauman was identified as one of the deceased. Fort Worth Police investigated the crash and identified a Harley Davidson motorcycle, a Cadillac SUV and a pickup truck as the vehicles involved. The crash happened near Cooks Lane and Chase Parkway. All eastbound lanes of I-30 were closed for more than six hours. Two other people have been hospitalized with incapacitating injuries. The investigation is ongoing and officers ask for the public's assistance.
