Nester Flores is accused of being so drunk he ran over a pedestrian who landed in his passenger's seat while claiming he hit a dear. The crash is believed to have happened in the 8700 block of I-30 in Dallas where body parts were found. The dead body in Flores' front passenger seat also had missing body parts. Flores reportedly had a prior conviction for DWI. After the crash Flores apparently drove to White Settlement where he was found passed out in a parking lot. Flores was apparently so impaired that he did not seem to notice the dead body seated next to him.
