Motorcyclist Ray Robert Stickinger was killed on October 13, 2023, when an 18-wheeler failed to yield the right of way while turning left.
Ray Robert Stickinger of Mabank was killed while riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle. On October 13, 2023, a Kenworth truck tractor towing a trailer failed to yield the right of way while turning left and crashed into Stickinger. The crash occurred at FM 85 and FM 2613 near Seven Points. The Department of Public Safety investigated the crash. The investigation is ongoing. No charges have been filed to date.
