A commercial motor vehicle crashed into a Jeep Grand Cherokee on State Highway 18 killing a man driving the Jeep. The Winkler County Sheriff's Office is investigating. State Highway 18 was closed due to the crash which happened near the Ward County line. The Texas Department of Public Safety is also investigating.
